Q: WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY FLORIST?

A: Your florist should be booked after your venue has been selected and your colour scheme chosen. This information will help you get a better understanding of what your floral needs will be and will help us to give you the most accurate quote. 

Q: CAN YOU SUBSTITUTE WITH LESS EXPENSIVE FLOWERS?

A: Rikki Marcone Events strives to maintain a tasteful aesthetic with each of our events. To ensure all of our events uphold this integrity, we only use high-grade, artistically selected blooms that cultivate our signature aesthetic. 

Q: HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU BOOK PER YEAR?

A: Rikki Marcone Events takes on a limited amount of events per year to ensure each project receives the highest level of service. Only a select amount of events are booked each weekend, therefore, it is important to book early to ensure your date. 

Q: HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?

Q: CAN YOU GUARANTEE SPECIFIC TYPES OF FLOWERS?

A: Every effort will be made to secure your selected blooms. However, we cannot control mother nature and substitutions may be made in circumstances of poor quality or short supply. The overall integrity of your event will not be compromised. 

Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE CONSULTATION?

A: It is important that you bring inspirational photos or Pinterest boards to your consultation. This will help us get a feel for the look you’re trying to achieve. We also ask that you bring pictures of your wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses, if flowers are for your wedding. 

Q: CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF MY CENTREPIECE?

A: You can see a sample of your centrepiece, however, a fee will apply. While we will try our best to use the exact same flowers as your event, it is important to note that select flowers are not available all year. Therefore, samples should be references for size and colour only.
